2010 WPTA Vendor Show

The WPTA Board of Directors would like to invite you and your company to the upcoming WPTA Vendor show on April 20, 2010. We would like to remind you that this show is intended for the transportation directors, mechanics and business administrators from around the State of Wyoming, who are directly in charge of purchases for their transportation departments. We are looking forward to seeing you and your new technology and ideas displayed at the show.

This year we have made a few changes and have decided on a new location and have moved to Laramie, Wyoming, and will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn Laramie - 229 Grand Ave. - Laramie, Wyoming 82070 Tel:1-307-745-5500 -   http://hiltongardeninn1.hilton.com

Vendors may begin setting up their booths at 9:00 am. The trade show begins at 1:30 pm and will continue until 5:30 pm.

The exhibition/registration fee is $200.00, if registration is made and funds are received by April 2, 2010. Late registrations will be accepted until April 16, 2010 at $225.00. Your fee includes an 8X10 booth. An outdoor area will be available for the display of buses and larger equipment. Vendors must be registered for an indoor booth in order to use the outdoor display area. Bus dealers are encouraged to bring a bus for viewing. The outdoor area will be easily accessible and viewable from the doors entering the exhibit floor.
